Lemon Maringue Cake
Super easy, super fast, and super yummy! Let´s get started.
1. Mix 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2. Add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of lemom juice, 3/4 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder.
3. Bake for 20 minutes then add the maringue (maringue recipe: Beat 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of lemon juice until it´s stiff) Bake until the maringue turns brown.
