Plum Oatmeal Crumble

I don´t usually buy plums here because they are very very expensive. However yesterday I bought a kilogram of plum at the local supermarket because they were fresh and were on sale. Perfect!

I used a quarter of the plum to make a crumble. It was really refreshing and crisp. Most of all it was easy to make.

Recipe:

1. Cover the base of the pan with 2 cups of bite sized plums.

2. In a separate container, mix with hand 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of oat, 1/2 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup of margarine/butter to make the crumble.

3. Sprinkle the crumble all over the plums and bake for 30 minutes.
