Galbi Tang (Beef Rib Soup)

How to make clean tasting beef rib soup:

1. Soak 1/2 kg ribs in cold water for 10 minutes to remove the blood and rinse

2. Boil in water for 10 minutes to remove impurities and fat and throw away the water

3. Add 1.5 l of water and boil for 1 hour with 1/2 onion, 2 spring onions, 4 garlic

4. Add sliced radish, salt and pepper to your preference. Boil for 15 more minutes

5. The soup is ready, serve with chopped spring onion and a dash of sesame oil.
