Galbi Jjim (Beef Rib Stew)
Recipe:
1. Soak 1/2 kg chopped beef ribs in water for 10 minutes to remove the blood and wash
2. Braise the ribs for 10 minutes to remove impurities and fat
3. Throw the water and boil the ribs in new water for 1 hour
4. Add 1 chopped potato, carrot, and 1/2 onion.
5. Add 4 minced garlic, 3 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper
6. Simmer until the watery ribs turn into a stew. Add 1 tbs of sesame oil.
