Pate Coux and Curros
Two in one. I used the pate coux batter to make churros too.
Here´s how:
1. Boil 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of butter/margarine, and a pinch of salt
2. Add 1 cup of flour and stir until it is incorporated
3. Set aside from the fire
4. Add 4 eggs and beat well
If you want to make churros, deep fry the batter.
If you want to make pate coux, bake it.
I usually fridge the pate chouxs after filling them with the custard. For the churros, I only eat them fresh.
