Nasi Kuning
Ingredients from the garden: Turmeric, lime leaves, lemongrass leaves, crysanthemum leaves, and chili for sambal
How to make nasi kuning:
1. Wash 2 cups of rice
2. Soak the rice in turmeric juice (made of 1 finger root of turmeric and 2 cups of water) for 1 hour
3. Add 1 cup of coconut cream, lime leaves, lemongrass leaves, and a pinchof salt
4. Bring it to boil then steam it for 30 minutes
