Thai Sriracha Sauce
Do you love Thai sriracha sauce? I love it...I love it...I love it! Here´s the thing. In Indonesia sriracha sauce is so pricey. Time to make my own sriracha. Trust me, it is hassle free.
Recipe:
1. Blend 2 cups of assorted chili peppers (I used the spicy ones from the garden) with 1/2 cup of garlic, 4 spoons of sugar, and 1 cup of drinking water.
2. Let it ferment in air tight container for 4 days.
3. After 4 days the sauce starts to have bubbles and nice consistency.
4. Boil and add salt to your preference. Store it in a refrigerator.
