Lemon Grass Chicken

Recipe:

1. Dice 4 chicken thighs, saute in 1 tbs of vegetable oil.

2. When it is crispy, add chopped spices (4 garlic, 5 shallotss, 3 chilis, and 3 lemongrass stems).

3. Add 1.5 tbs of sugar and 2 tbs of fish sauce.

4. Serve with fresh lemon basil.
