Low Calorie Brownies
Recipe:
1. Melt 200 gram baking chocolate with 100 gr margarine/butter.
2. Add 100 gr of palm sugar.
3. Whisk with 3 eggs. The batter should be gooey and shiny at this stage.
4. Add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder, and 1 cup of flour. Keep whisking.
5. Pour in the mold. Add peanut butter topping. Bake for 40 minutes.
