Siomay

Recipe:

1. Mix 1 cup of minced pork, 1/2 cup of minced shrimp, and 1/2 cup of chopped chives.

2. Add 1 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sesame oil, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbs of minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Place small cabbages on baking cups and fill them with the mixed filling above.

4. Steam for 30 minutes.

Sauce: Blend 1/2 cup of fried peanut, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbs of sugar, 2 garlic, 3 shallots, 2 birds eye chilis, and 1 cup of water.
