Pain Perdu
Pain perdu aka French toast resipe:
1. Make the dipping by mixing 2 cups of milk, 2 tbs of sugar, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt..
2. Dip the thick slightly dry bread in the milk mixture on both sides.
3. Melt 1 tbs of margarine/butter and pan grill the bread until golden brown.
4. Flip and sprinkle some sugar to caramelize the pain perdu.
5. Serve with anything you love.
