Pineapple Raisin Souffle
Recipe:
1. Melt 2 tbs of butter/margarine, add 1 tbs of flour, whisk until smooth
2. Add 2 cup of milk and keep boiling and stirring until it turns into semi-thick custard
3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 cup of caramelized pineapple (1 part of pineapple sauted in 1/2 part of sugar), a pinch of salt, some raisin and 2 egg yolks.
4. Mix 2 egg whites in separate bowl until fluffy, add 2 tbs of sugar.
5. Mix the custard mixture and fluffy egg white gently.
6. Pour it in greased heat proof cups and bake for 30 minutes.
