Martabak
Martabak is one of the most commonly found street foods in Indonesia. You can literally find it in every town throughout Indonesia. It is actually a meaty curry omelette covered in crunchy and flakey skin. (Skin recipe here)
Martabak filling recipe: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of chopped leek, 1 tbs of minced meat, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of curry powder.
