Sambal Blimbing Wuluh
Recipe:
1. Steam 2 red jalapenos, 10 belimbis, 2 cheyennes, 4 birdseye chili, 7-8 shallots for 20 minutes.
2. Blend them together.
3. Add 2 tbs of sugar, 1 tbs of coconut sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of shrimp paste (or use fish sauce)
4. Saute the sambal.
