Recipe:
1. Blend 2 red jalapeno (big chili), 4 birdseye chilis, 6 shallots, and 3 garlics.
2. Saute with 2 tbs of vegetable oil. Add 1 lemongrass and 1 tbs of ginger.
3. Add 2 cups of coarsely diced meat or seafood, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbs of sugar, 3-4 tbs of lime juice .
4. Add 1/2 cup of water and stir fry until it is cooked.
5. Add lemon basil before serving.
