Terriyaki Don

Homemade terriyaki sauce: 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1 tbs honey, 2 tbs sugar, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbs minced garlic.

How to marinate: Dip the meat or mushrooms if you are a vegetarian, sliced spring onion, and onioon in the terriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.

Saute the terriyaki ....Yum. Serve with green veggies and pickled shreded carrot.
