Bun Ga Nuong: Vietnamese Noodle Salad

STEP 1: Boil the vermicelli noodle and let it cool.

STEP 2: Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbs of lime juice, 1 tbs of vinegar, 1 minced garlic, and 1 minced bridseye chili.

STEP 3: Slice some carrots and cucumbers and pickle them in 1/2 tspof salt, 1 tsp of vinegar, and 1 tbs of sugar.

STEP 4: Marinate 1 cup of chicken in 1 tbs of fish sauce, 1 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sweet soy sauce, 1 tbs of minced chili and lemongrass. Then stir fry in 1 tbs of oil.

STEP 5: Put them all together. Add some fresh lemon basils. Sprinkle with 1 tbs of fried shallot and 1 tbs of toasted peanut.
