Swedish Meatball in Sweet and Sour Sauce

Recipe:

1. Mix 1 cup of ground pork (you can use beef, chicken, or the mixture of them), 1 cup of bread crumbs (I made my own from dry bread), 1 cup of minced shitake mushroom, and 1 egg.

2. Add 1/2 cup of minced onion, 1/2 cup of minced chive, 2 tbs of garlic, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of sugar, and 1 tbs of corn starch.

3. Roll the mixture into little balls and bake for 25 minutes in the oven.

4. Toss the meatballs in the sauce until the sauce thickens.

Sweet sour sauce:

1. Mix 1 tsp of corn starch, 2 tbs of tomato sauce, 1 tbs of garlic, 2 tbs of sugar, 1 tbs of vinegar, 1 tsp of oregano, 3 tbs of water.

2, Boil with the meatball until it thickens and garnish with minced spring onion and cheyenne chili pepper.
