Mizuna is a Japanese green that is crunchy and spicy. Mizuna is also known as shui cai, kyona, Japanese mustard, potherb mustard, Japanese greens, California peppergrass, or spider mustard. It is easy to grow mizuna. Spread the seeds and cover with soil. That is it. It can grow well in low land like Tangerang. It needs plenty of water daily to keep it crunchy though. Oh do you know that mizuna is also very decorative?
