Bulgarian Yogurt Waffle

Recipe:

1. Mix 1 cup of yogurt (I used Lactobacillus bulgaricus to culture the milk) , 1 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of water, 2 tbs of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of baking soda.

2. Add a little bit more flour if needed. The batter should not be runny.

3. Heat the waffle maker and brush some oil or butter.

4. Once the waffle is baked you can top it with literally anything.
