No Bake Cheesecake

Recipe:

1. Crush 150 gr of biscuit and mix it with 1/3 cup of melted butter/margarine and 1 tbs of sugar. 2. Pat the biscuit mixture on the base of the pan. Put in the fridge while preparing the rest of the ingredients. 3. Mix 340 gr of cream cheese, 2 lime juice, 1 or 1.5 cup of sugar. Beat it with a high speed mixer for 3 minutes. 4. Add 3 cups of heavy whipped cream gradually to the batter. Keep beating it with the mixer until it is fluffy (approximately 2 more minutes) 5. Put the cheesecake batter in the tray and cool it for 2-3 hours or until it is firm. 6. I garnished the cheesecake with mandarin orange and some greens but we can use anything.
