Korean Bo Sam

How do you eat the pumpkin leaves the Korean way?

Pork belly: Boil 1/2 kg pork belly in 2 tbs of duenjang (Korean soybean paste), 2 lt of water, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbs of sugar, 1 tbs of ginger, and 1 tbs of coffee ground for 2 hour in medium heat. Cut the pork belly into thin slices when it is cold.

Bo sam sauce: Mix 2 tbs of samjang (Korean dipping soybean paste), 1 tbs of sesame oil, 1 tbs or garlic, 1/2 tbs of chopped spring onion.

Pumpkin leaves: Wash and steam them for 2 minutes. Enjoy..
