Pelasan
Recipe:
1. Crush 6 big chilis, 2 small chilies, 1 tbs of tamarind, 3/4 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of shrimp paste, and 3 tbs of coconut sugar.
2. Saute in 2 tbs of oil.
3. Add tuna/marlin flesh, squid, or shrimp to the sauce until most of the water evaporated.
4. Wrap in banana leaf and grill it.
