Ahi Sheared Tuna

If you can get any sushi grade tuna, you can make this in 5 minutes.

Recipe:

1. Marinate the tuna in soy sauce and sesame oil.

2. Cover in sesame seeds.

3. Sear each side for 1 minute.

4. Cut and serve with greens, soy sauce, wasabi, and kojujang.
