Weedy Microgreens
Let´s face it. Once you plant amaranth or lemon basil in your garden, they will stay there for eternity. It´s because their seeds are light and are easily scattered by the wind. This can be annoying because they grow everywhere the wind blows. But hey....this can be good too. How about free microgreens? I harvested these ones near the compost pile. Nom nom..
