Dinner Rolls with Filling

Heat 3 tbs of butter or margarine in a large pot. Turn off the heat.

  1. Add the 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tbs of sugar, and 1/4 tbs of salt, 1 tbs of yeast, 1 egg, and 1/2 tsp of bread improver (baker bonus). Mix well with a wooden spoon until thoroughly dissolved.

  2. Add 1 1/2 cup of flour. Mix it well.

  3. Let it rest for 1 hour until it is fluffy.

  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Add flour if needed.

  5. Shape the dough and put some filling as you like.

  6. Egg wash the bread and let it rise for 30 minutes (meanwhile preheat the oven)

  7. Bake the bread for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Smear some margarine on the freshly baked bread.
