Dinner Rolls
Recipe:
1. mix 1 cup of hot milk and 6 tbs of butter or margarine
2. add 4 tbs of sugar and 1 tsp off salt, let it cool
3. when it is luke warm add 2 eggs and 4 tsp of dry yeast
4. after 5 minutes add 3 cups of all purpose flour, mi well
5. let it rest for one hour then knead with flour for 5 minutes
6. let it rest for 30 minutes then cut and shape the dough
7. brush egg white on the roll
8. let it rise for 1 hour
9. bake for 25 minutes at 250 C
