Eggplant Side Dish
This steamed eggplant is soft and spicy. One of the easiest Korean side dishes to make.
Recipe:
1. cut 2 large eggplants into four pieces each
2. wash, and steam them for 20 minutes
3. prepare the sauce: mix 1 tbs of minced garlic
1 tbs of chopped green onion
1 tbs of fish sauce
a pinch of salt
1/2 tbs of sugar
2 tbs of sesame oil
4. cut the steam eggplants and mix them with the sauce
5. serve with toasted sesame seeds
