호떡(Hotteok)

I got the hotteok or Korean flat bread recipe from Maangchi, a famous Korean food youtuber. My daughter likes hotteok very much but unfortunately we can only find hotteok during Korean festivals that rarely take place here in Indonesia.

It is really easy to make hotteok.I usually freeze the ready-to-fry dough for future breakfasts. We like to top the warm hotteok with honey.
