Sweet Potato Cake

Recipe:

1. mix 3 eggs

1.5 cups of vegetable oil

2 cups of all purpose flour

1 cup of sugar

2 cups of mashed sweet potato

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of baking powder

1.5 tsp of salt

2. Beat all ingrediants with high speed mier for 5-7 minutes

3. Put the batter in a floured baking tray or cupcake liners

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 C
