Sawut

Sawut is a Javanese dessert made of cassava. It is sweet, salty, and the fresh shredded coconut makes it savory too.

Recipe:

1. shred 250 gr of cassava

2. spread 4 tbs of shredded cassava on a steamer

3. top it with a dash of salt, 1/2 tbs of palm sugar

4. repeat step 2 and 3

5. top it with fresh shredded coconut

6. steam for 2o minutes
