Cheese Buldak

Recipe:
1. dice 1 chicken breast
2. sauce: mix 1 tbs of Korean chili flake, 1.5 tbs of Korean chili paste, 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of minced garlic, 1 tsp of minced ginger, 2 tbs of corn syrup, and 2 tbs of sesame oil
3. mix the diced chicken with the sauce
4. saute in low fire, close the pan with a lid
5. turn the buldak over after 5 minutes and let it cook for another 5 minutes
6. cover the buldak with mozarella cheese and ook for another 5 minutes
7. sprinkle with spring onion
