Cinnamon Rolls
Recipe:
1. mix 1/4 cup sugar, 1 packet (7 gr) yeast, 1/2 cup of warm milk in a bowl and let it rise.
2. add 1 egg, 3 tbs of vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 1/2 cup of high protein flour to the miture
3. stir all ingredients with spoon until they are incorporated and let it rise for 30 minutes
4. punch the rising dough to remove all gas and knead it 50 times with 1/4 cup of flour
5. flat the dough into rectangular shape
6. mix 2 tbs of margarine/butter with 2 tbs of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder for the filling
7. smear the filling on the flat dough and sprinkle some raisins
8. roll the dough carefully and cut into 7-8 pieces
9. arrange them in an oiled pan and let it rise for 1 hour (cover the pan with a cloth)
10. bake for 25 minutes or until they are golden brown
11. glaze with frosting
How to make the frosting:
1. mix 1 tbs of egg white with mixer until it is fluffy and stiff
2. add 1 tbs of lime/lemon juice and 4 tbs of icing sugar
