Tiramisu

Do you love tiramisu because of the coffee flavor? Me too.

Here's my favorite Tiramisu recipe that requires minimal baking skill. 1. mix 6 egg yolks with one cup of sugar on a double boiler for 7 minutes, let it cool and mix it with 1 cup of mascarpone cheese 2. whip 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream until it is stiff and mix it to the batter number one carefully with spatula, tiramisu cream is ready 3. mix 1 tbs of instant coffee with 1 cup of water (you can also add 2 tbs of rum) 4. dip the lady fingers (I bought it in a baking shop. You can replace it with cookies) in the coffee/rum solution and arrange in a container 5. cover the lady fingers with the tiramisu cream and repeat the process as desired 6. refrigerate it for at least 8 hours before it is ready to eat See the picture tutorial below:
