Pumpkin Cupcake

Recipe: 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking soda, 1.5 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients together for 3 minutes. Bake in cups for 25 minutes at 200 C. It is as simple as that.
