I don't eat this pork satay often because it is fatty but it is so delicious and easy to prepare. Sate is usually grilled and is served in skewer but usually I don't have time for that so I just fry it and serve it without skewer. :p

Recipe: 1. cut any meat you want to use in your thumb size. Pork belly is the best for this 2. mix 5 tbs sweet soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 5 chopped chili, and a pinch of salt with the pork. Let it rest in room temperature for 30 minutes 3. fry it without oil in a pan with low heat. (The pork belly will soon be oily, no oil is necessary) 4. keep frying it until the inner part of the pork is well done and the pork turn golden brown 5. don't forget to sprinkle sliced scallion on the pork sate
