Ketan Duren
This is my all time favorite Indonesian dessert. It is creamy, flavorful, and extremely easy to make. What I did was only steaming the glutenous rice and making the sauce. Here´s the simple yet yummy durian sauce recipe: Mix 300 ml of coconut cream (It is thicker than coconut milk but coconut milk is fine too), 5 tbs of durian flesh, suggar (depending to your liking and the sweetness of the durian), and 2 pandan leaves. Stir and bring it to boil andddd DONE.
