Pineapple Pie
My girl loves this pineapple pie. It is crunchy and soft at the same time.
How to make the pineapple topping:
1. cut a large pineapple into fine pieces
2. add 5 tbs of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and 10 tbs of water
3. heat and stir until it turns gooey
How to make the crust:
1. mix with fork --> 1 1/2 cup of low protein flour
3/4 cup of butter/margarine
2 1/2 tbs of sugar
a pinch of salt
2. once it is granulated, add 1 egg yolk and 3 tbs of water to the dough
3. do not knead the dough
